Processing Craftmanship: We processing the rough case of Gears by forging or 

casting. According to the requirements of drawing precision machining the parts

by Hobbing, Shaving, Lapping, Grinding and Milling. The precision of our 

gears reaches 5-8 degree.

Heat treatment: Quenching after carburization or high-temperature carbonitriding.

Quality Control: We have a variety of major gear testing equipment, such as 

Gleason Bevel Gear Inspection Instrument, Mahr Gear Measuring Center, 

ZEISS 3-coordinate detector. Strict testing will be well conducted to the 

whole production process from raw material to finished products.
